Assist the Music Director in providing music for the congregational hymns and choral anthems.

JOB DUTIES
As Organist/Pianist
You can accompany the chancel chorus on piano or organ as follows:
- Every Sunday of the year
- Maundy Thursday Service
- Christmas Eve Service
- To be present at all rehearsals, as directed by the Music Director
- Assist in the accompaniment of congregational hymns and anthems, as the Music Director requires.
- You can choose, prepare, and perform the appropriate organ or piano music from your repertoire and library for preludes and postludes, pray meditations, offertories, and communion services.
Financial
- Reports to the Music Director.
- Paid vacation on two Sundays per calendar year
- This job description does not include weddings or funerals. The director and the family/individual are responsible for making arrangements and negotiating these services.
