Sir Evelyn de Rothschild Scholarship is an annual international scholarship program established in 2014 by Sir Evelyn de Rothschild and his wife, Lynn de Rothschild.

Sir Evelyn de Rothschild Scholarship has established in March 2015 thanks to the generous gift of $660,330.95 from the Eranda Rothschild Foundation to provide 25 full master’s’ scholarships within the War Studies Department.
The award is designed to inspire talented students at the beginning stages of their career to further their education and ease the burden of hardship by giving students the chance to have an enriched educational experience and their academics.
Each year Sir Evelyn de Rothschild Scholarships and one Dr. Duncan Anderson Scholarship will be awarded to all students who are enrolled in a single year master’s program in the War Studies Department
The scholarship will help five master’s degree students, with $26,413.24 annually. The scholarship program has five to choose from every year.
Eligibility Requirements for Sir Evelyn de Rothschild Scholarship
Eligible candidates have to meet these conditions:
Sir Evelyn de Rothschild Scholarship, funded by the Rothschild Foundation, is open to students passionate about social justice and has a record of leadership and service.
The scholarship provides full-tuition, room, board, and a stipend for up to four years at an accredited university in the United States.
To be eligible for the scholarship, students must be nominated by their school.
Nominations are open to current juniors and seniors in high school and current undergraduate students.
You have achieved a second class upper or first-class grade at the undergraduate grade (or equivalent)
You must provide an account for personal as well as an account of finances
Have the ability to show the financial hardship of your household and an earning $52,826.48 and less (or equivalent)
Apply to at least one of the King’s College London classes as a full-time student beginning in September 2022.

Five scholarships are available for $26,413.24 each.
The scholarship recipients are paid out in 4 equal installments as the following:
- $6,603.31 January
- $6,603.31 April
- $6,603.31 July
Students who want their scholarship completely or in the part offset against tuition charges can apply for this, with any remaining balance to be paid as an award of the bursary.
How to Apply
Please fill out the application and submit it to the Student Funding Office.
The deadline for submissions is July 1st each year. After that date, any further applications are not taken into consideration.
What will I learn about the results from my program?
If your application form is completed correctly and all the necessary documentary proof submitted, you will be notified of the outcome by August 31st.
